We cannot tell you whether a treatment is suitable for you, review a photograph, advise on a complication or recommend a named clinic. If you have a problem after treatment, contact the practitioner who treated you, or your GP or NHS 111.
Corrections
Write to editor@exosomestherapy.co.uk. Corrections are the most useful thing you can send us. Tell us what is wrong, where it appears, and where possible what the correct position is and the source for it. Matters of fact are corrected promptly and the review date on the page is updated.
This matters more on this subject than on most, because the regulatory position can change and a published page can quietly go out of date. If you notice that something here no longer reflects the current position, that is exactly the sort of message we want.
What we cannot help with
- We cannot tell you whether a treatment is suitable for you. Only a practitioner who has examined you in person can do that.
- We cannot review a photograph, assess your skin or your scalp, or offer an opinion on a result.
- We cannot advise on a complication. If you are unwell or worried after a treatment, contact the practitioner who treated you, your GP or NHS 111.
- We cannot recommend a named clinic or practitioner. We do not rank them and we take no payment for a mention.
- We cannot tell you what is in a particular product, and neither, in most cases, can anyone else outside the manufacturer.
Complaints about this site
If something published here has caused a problem, write to the same address and set out what happened. We respond to every complaint about our own content. If your complaint concerns a practitioner or a clinic rather than this site, the relevant routes are the General Medical Council, the Nursing and Midwifery Council, the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners and Save Face, depending on where the practitioner is registered.
Reporting a problem with a treatment
A suspected adverse reaction to a medicine, or an incident involving a medical device, can be reported to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency through its reporting scheme. Reporting matters most in a field where no systematic data collection exists, because a pattern can only emerge if the individual reports are made.

Can you tell me whether I should have this treatment
No. We are not a clinic and we give no medical advice. Only a suitably qualified practitioner who has examined you in person can advise on whether a procedure is appropriate for you.
Can you recommend a clinic
No. We do not rank or list clinics and we take no payment for a mention. The JCCP and Save Face both hold public registers, and registration can be confirmed with the GMC or the NMC.
I had a problem after a treatment. What should I do
Contact the practitioner who treated you first. If you are unwell, contact your GP or NHS 111. A suspected adverse reaction can be reported to the MHRA, and concerns about a registered professional go to their regulator.
