Privacy
What this site collects at its two forms, who an enquiry is passed to, how long each record is kept, and how to ask for removal or a copy.
Published independently. Last reviewed 2026-10-24. Information only. This site is not a clinic and gives no medical advice.
There are two forms on this site and nothing else collects anything about you. The enquiry form takes your email address, and an area of interest if you choose one, and passes both to a registered UK practitioner so that they can contact you. The update notice form on the home page takes an email address and is used only to tell you when a guide here is revised; nothing from it is passed to anyone.
Neither is sold, shared with advertisers or added to any other list. To have anything removed, or to be told what we hold, write to editor@exosomestherapy.co.uk and it is dealt with without asking why.
Who is responsible
Exosomes Therapy publishes this site and is responsible for the personal data described on this page. It is an independent publication rather than a clinic: it provides no treatment, employs no practitioners and gives no medical advice. Who publishes Exosomes Therapy sets out the standard the title is written to.
Everything about data on this site goes to one address, editor@exosomestherapy.co.uk, which is the same address used for corrections and complaints on the contact page.
The enquiry form
This is the one place where a reader's details leave the site, so it is set out first. The enquiry form has two fields. Your email address is required. An area of interest is optional and is a choice from a fixed list: skin quality, hair loss, post procedure recovery, or not sure yet. There is no field for a telephone number, a name, an address or anything about your health, and you should not send any of those through the form.
What is done with it: your email address, and the area you selected if you selected one, are passed to a registered UK practitioner so that the practitioner can contact you directly. That disclosure is the whole purpose of the form and the reason it exists. It is also how this site is funded, which is stated on the enquiry page itself rather than hidden in a footer.
Two consequences of that disclosure are worth being plain about. First, once your details have been passed on, the practitioner holds their own copy of them and is responsible for it: their own privacy notice governs what they do with it, and asking us to delete our record does not delete theirs. If you want the practitioner to remove your details, ask the practitioner. Second, nothing is booked on your behalf, no consultation is arranged and you are under no obligation at any point.
Your enquiry details are not sold, not shared with advertisers, not passed to a manufacturer, supplier or distributor, and not added to the update notice list or any other marketing list.
The update notice list
The form at the foot of the home page collects an email address and nothing else. It is used to send a notice when a guide on this site is revised or a new one is published, and for nothing else: no advertising, no offers and no profiling.
An address given there is never passed to a practitioner, a clinic, a manufacturer or an advertiser, it is not sold, and it is not added to any other list. It is a separate record from an enquiry: subscribing to notices does not pass anything to anyone, and sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to notices.
How long each record is kept
An update notice address is kept until you unsubscribe. Every notice carries a one click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing removes the address rather than marking it inactive.
An enquiry record is kept only so that the enquiry can be passed on and so that we can answer a question about it afterwards, and it is deleted as soon as you ask. We do not publish a fixed period for it, because we do not want to state one here that is more precise than what we actually do. If you would rather we did not keep it at all once it has been passed on, say so in the same message and we will delete it.
Removal, a copy and your other rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over personal data held about you. Because the only personal data this site holds is an email address, an optional area of interest and the fact that one of the two forms was used, exercising any of them is a single message to editor@exosomestherapy.co.uk.
Ask for removal, or for a copy of what is held, and it is dealt with without asking you why. You do not need to use any particular wording. If you are not sure which of the two forms you used, say so and we will check both.
Hosting, measurement and fonts
This site is served through Cloudflare, which processes requests and may retain standard technical logs for security and operational purposes. Those logs are not used to identify individual readers and are not combined with either of the two records described above.
Every page loads Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and the broad technical picture of the request. It sets no cookie, and it is named here rather than left out because a measurement script is still a measurement script. This site sets no cookies of its own, carries no advertising network, no programmatic display, no social media pixel and no affiliate tracking.
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to that service when you open a page here. That request is a normal consequence of using a hosted font service and is mentioned so the picture is complete.
What this site does not do
- It does not sell, rent or trade personal data, in any circumstance.
- It does not build audience segments, reader profiles or lookalike audiences.
- It does not ask for, want or knowingly hold medical information. Do not send treatment details or photographs through either form.
- It does not rank or list clinics, and it takes no payment for a mention, so no reader detail is ever attached to a commercial listing.
- It is not directed at children and does not knowingly hold data about them.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how your details have been handled here, write to editor@exosomestherapy.co.uk and set out what happened. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority for data protection, and you can do that whether or not you raise it with us first.
A complaint about a practitioner, rather than about this site, goes to the body that practitioner is registered with. The routes are listed on the contact page.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes in a way that affects what is collected, who it goes to or how long it is kept, the change is described on this page and the review date above is updated. The date is part of the statement: it says what the position was when it was last checked.
